Our process typically includes: 1) Initial screening call with our team, 2) Technical or portfolio review, 3) Practical exercise relevant to the role, 4) Final culture fit interview. We aim to complete the entire process within 2-3 weeks.
For exceptional candidates, we may consider visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. This is typically reserved for senior roles with specialized expertise that is difficult to find locally.
Our stack includes PHP, Next.js, Astro, Contentful, Sanity, Strapi for web systems. For growth: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, HubSpot. Cloud: AWS, DigitalOcean. We're always open to new technologies that solve real problems.
We offer a hybrid model with 2-3 days in our Sharjah HQ and the remainder remote. Team members in Dubai have flexibility to work fully remote with periodic in-person collaboration sessions.
